Pentaphonix can be used for finding information about people all across the United States and Canada. What Can I not use Pentaphonix for?

Because We are NOT a Consumer Reporting Agency, You are prohibited under FCRA from using any information obtained from the Site about a Search Subject including, but not limited to, information obtained through us, as a factor in determining the Search Subject’s eligibility for:

- Employment, including, but not limited to, to evaluate a Search Subject for initial employment, reassignment, promotion, or retention (including, but not limited to, household workers such as babysitters, cleaning personnel, nannies, contractors, and domestic workers);

- Tenancy, including, but not limited to, deciding whether to lease a residential or commercial space to a Search Subject;

- Educational Admission or Benefits, including, but not limited to, assessing a Search Subject’s qualifications for an educational program or scholarship

- Personal Credit, Loans or Insurance, including, but not limited to, assessing the risk associated with providing credit, a loan or insurance based on a Search Subject’s existing debt obligations; and/or

- Business Transactions initiated by an individual consumer. Including, but not limited to, determining whether a Search Subject continues to meet the terms of a personal customer account.

Why your service is not free of charge?

Because we have to pay to procure our databases in a total of 1.3 billion records which are up to date and they are refreshing every 24 hours. They contain information that is not public or listed anywhere else.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your Pentaphonix services at any time. To do so, you can cancel it from your Pentaphonix account or please email us, use our contact form or dial +1 (971)-708-0377 . Please note that Fees are billed monthly in advance; we will not refund the unused portion of your monthly subscription. However, you will still have full access to searches for the duration of your subscription.

Are My Searches Private?

All the searches on Pentaphonix are 100% private and secured, so you can be sure that no one besides you will know about the searches you conducted. The searches cannot be breached, so you will be able to look for what you need without fearing that someone will invade your privacy.

How can I buy a report?

There are 2 ways to make a purchase.

1: Enter the phone number in the Search box and then press the “Search” button.
Wait until the owner’s information is retrieved, click Open Report, then select the Membership Trial or the Single Phone Report and press the “Order now” button. To finalize your purchase fill out the Payment Form.

2: Purchasing through the Sign Up page
This option is the fastest way to access paid content.

Click the “Sign Up” link in the upper right hand corner. Select the Report type that best fits your needs.

Do you mail hard copies of my report?

No. All search results are displayed electronically and they are available all the time from your account.

Can I remove my information from Pentaphonix?

Yes, we offer data opt out removal services free of charge. Please fill out our Removal Form to have your public information removed from our website.
